What we process

When you contact us via the form, by email or on WhatsApp we process your name, contact details and the information you provide. X-rays, photographs and findings are health data and are used solely to answer your enquiry and plan treatment.

Legal basis

Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Storage and disclosure

Details of where data is stored and any disclosure to the dental laboratory or to treating colleagues are to be added by the clinic.

Retention

To be added by the clinic, taking account of the retention obligations for patient records.
