We place bredent SKY implants from Germany. Every case is planned in three dimensions on our own CBCT — bone volume, nerve position, implant axis and the final restoration — before any surgery begins.
A jaw that cannot be saved does not mean a removable denture. A fixed arch is screwed onto four to six implants — no adhesive, no palatal plate. In many cases the temporary arch is fitted during the first trip.

Loose teeth and bleeding gums are inflammation with bone loss, not a cosmetic issue. Gums are treated before any prosthetic work — otherwise even the finest restoration will not last.
Not every tooth has to go. Where a tooth can be saved, we save it — almost always the cheaper and the better solution.
